4. Trader Responsibilities

  • You must comply with all rules and conditions outlined in your trading program.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and activity confidentiality.
  • Any form of fraud, manipulation, or breach of platform integrity may lead to termination of your account without refund.

5. Payments & Refunds

All fees paid for evaluation or funding programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payouts are made in accordance with your trader agreement and verified performance metrics.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Use automated trading bots or software not approved by SwisxFunded.
  • Engage in arbitrage, copy-trading, or signal mirroring between evaluation and live accounts.
  • Violate any applicable financial regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on SwisxFunded are owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

SwisxFunded shall not be held liable for any trading losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform. Trading financial instruments carries risk, and users acknowledge full responsibility for their actions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
