How We Use It

Your data is used to provide and operate the service, verify identity before payouts, monitor rule compliance, prevent fraud and multi-accounting, meet legal and AML obligations, respond to support requests, and communicate service updates. Your data is not sold to third parties.

Sharing & Processors

Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the platform — such as payment processors, identity-verification (KYC) providers, the Match-Trader trading platform, and hosting infrastructure — under appropriate safeguards, and with authorities where the Company is legally required to do so. Retention & Security

Retention. Personal data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal, accounting, and AML retention requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Exact retention periods are stated in the full policy.

Security. Access to personal data is restricted, transmissions are encrypted, and KYC documents are handled through the verification provider's secured systems.
