What Fees Purchase

Account fees purchase access to a real funded trading account on the Match-Trader platform under the published rulebook — from the $150 5K-PRO to the $3,560 100K-PRO. Fees are paid for account access, not for guaranteed returns.

Refund Eligibility

Rule Breaches

Account closure resulting from a breach of the trading rules — including hitting the 3% daily or 6% maximum loss limit, or engaging in prohibited practices — does not entitle the trader to a refund. The account access purchased was delivered and consumed under the published rulebook.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@swisxfunded.com before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved directly. Unwarranted chargebacks on delivered services may result in suspension or termination of associated accounts.
